Every Reset starts with a $15 intake screening, and Kim reviews every intake personally. If your family is a fit, the $15 is credited to your first installment of the $249 founding Reset. If it isn't, the $15 is refunded in full within 5 business days, along with resources and referrals. If your family is a fit and you decide not to go ahead, the $15 isn't refunded.
Founding families paying in 2 installments: refunds are figured on the $249 total. Cancel before kickoff, and your first installment is refunded, the $15 intake screening is kept, and the second installment is never charged. Cancel after kickoff but before your written plan, and the second installment is cancelled with nothing more owed. After the written plan is delivered, the second installment is still due.
Reschedule any call with 24 hours' notice at no cost. One courtesy reschedule per Reset is always free. A call missed without notice counts as completed.
Cancel anytime before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Months already paid aren't refunded.
Last Nerve is cash pay. We don't bill insurance or provide superbills. Parent training is a clinical behavior-analytic service delivered to the parent. In an emergency, call 911. In a crisis, call or text 988.
Content, scripts, and templates are for your family's personal use. Please don't resell or republish them. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months, except where the law doesn't allow that limit.
As a self-pay family, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of what your services will cost. You'll receive one when you book. Learn more at cms.gov/nosurprises.
