Last Nerve collects only what it needs to run parent training. We never sell your information and never use it for advertising.

We collect information about children only from their parent or guardian, never from the child directly.
Only the service providers that run Last Nerve: Google Workspace for records, forms, files, and video calls; Krisp for session transcripts when you agree to them; and Stripe for payments. Each is bound to protect your data, and providers handling health information sign a Business Associate Agreement. We share with anyone else only with your written permission, or when the law requires it, such as a report of suspected child abuse.
Records are kept for 7 years after services end, or longer if your state requires it for records about minors. Videos are deleted 30 days after your Reset ends. Waitlist entries are deleted on request.
You can ask for a copy of your records, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete information we are not required to keep. Email kimmitchellpotter@gladlyrara.com and we will respond within 30 days.
